Here are the specific installation steps: 1. Shut off water supply then remove handle. 2. Unscrew bonnet nut and pull out stem unit. 3. Replace in reverse order, making sure tabs or cartridge align with slots in body and bonnet is wrenched tight. Important Compatible with RP47422, both stops ① must point toward spout for clockwise closing. For lever handle faucets, both stops point toward the right. The 1/4 turn stop should be placed in the front position on the stem unit on the hot valve (left side) and in the back position on the cold valve (right side). Bonnet nut must be tightened securely to prevent leaking or dripping. Package Includes: 2 x Hot & cold bathroom 2-handle faucet cartridges 2 x 1/4 turn stop Please Note: 1.
